Our Agenda
During our 45-minute complimentary phone, Zoom, or Skype call, I’ll ask you a few general questions about your business or career path, what your challenges and opportunities are, and what you want to accomplish through coaching. You also have an opportunity to ask me questions about my process and how we might work together.
Our Goal
There’s no obligation, no awkward sales pitch. But since this is coaching, with its equal emphasis on awareness and action, I will ask you what action you’re ready to take. Your action could be anywhere on the spectrum from “Let’s do it!” to “I don’t think this is a good fit,” and points in-between (including, “I need to think about this” – we are introverts, after all!). The important thing is to name and agree on next steps.
Your Investment
I believe in transparency, and I don’t believe in competing on price. Knowing what you can expect to invest shouldn’t be buried on a website or an uncomfortable conversation. Before you schedule, take a moment to review my Coaching and Strategy Session Program Outlines. Sharing this in advance doesn’t mean we don’t discuss it; my intention is that when you are asked, “What action are you ready to take?” your response is based on what’s going to serve you best, not on financial considerations.
