The Introvert Entrepreneur Coaching Process is an organic partnership that covers all of the important aspects of your business while being centered in what’s most important to you (in other words, the agenda we follow is one you create, not me). Regardless of where our focus is, Clarity, Energy, and Motivation are core components of our process.
The process supports your development of a strategic and effective plan, while also exploring your relationship and commitment to the plan.
That means that we emphasize what it’s important to DO as an entrepreneur, as well as what it means to BE an entrepreneur.
When it comes to tangible outcomes, the 6-month coaching partnership is designed to put action and accountability front and center. The partnership begins with Discovery Process that provides an outline for highly personal short-term and long-term goals. Concrete action steps are identified, along with benchmarks and accountability measures.
Clients who set clear intentions and goals for their work are most successful; therefore, I’ve integrated a formal goal-tracking tool to complement the coaching process. Depending on your style, you can choose to use a SELF Journal (bestself.co) to track your progress, another software (such as Trello) or goal-tracking method, or a simplified online accountability tool.
Which tool you decide to use isn’t as important as committing to a systematic and intentional way to establish and record goals, learning, and outcomes.

YOUR NEXT STEP . . .
Curious? More details can be found in the Coaching FAQ. If you are sincerely interested in the possibility of adding a coaching relationship to your support network, I offer a complimentary 45-minute information session. A limited number of time slots are available most weeks (I update the calendar every month). Click here to learn about information sessions.
The Information Session is a space to share a bit about what brings you to coaching and will acquaint you with the process and benefits of coaching. There’s also time for you to ask questions. Once you’ve made your appointment, I’ll send you a few guiding questions that will allow me to get to know you, and allow you to get a feel for what a coaching conversation is like. It’s not a 45-minute sales pitch; it’s about trying coaching on for size and each of us deciding if there’s a good fit between us.
If you’re ready to inject new energy, purpose, and focus into your business, let’s talk!
