[pullquote]“Beth was a delight to work with. I invited her to Starbucks Headquarters to give her presentation on Innies and Outties as part of our Spring Series called Renew Your Body, Mind and Space. She modified her presentation to fit our series and talked about how to use the strengths of your personality type in your favor. She had a wonderful presentation style and really kept the audience engaged. The participants were very interested in what she had to say and found her presentation very helpful.
I would highly recommend Beth as a speaker to anyone. She is very professional and sure to deliver!”

No matter your title, regardless of whether you’re the CEO of a global corporation or a solopreneur, you are constantly being called on to be visible, promote yourself and your company, and be a rainmaker.
So let’s be real: It’s an extroverted business world out there! Want more proof? While only 50% of the population is extroverted, 96% of executive and managerial positions are held by extroverts (according to a recent Harvard study)! And because of that, most professional development resources are one-size-fits-all, and that size is Extrovert. (Read an interview I did with the Everett (WA) Herald to learn more about this: Introverts and extroverts have different effects on your workplace, December 5, 2011)
My speaking and seminar topics are specially designed for the introverted professional, as well as for those who live and work with introverts and want to understand them better. Topics can be tailored to incorporate a particular theme and/or audience. They can be adjusted in length from 30 minutes to 2 hours, and are perfect for keynote presentations, individual seminars, webinars or teleclasses, or combined for half-day or full-day workshops.

“Beth was chosen as a speaker for the Boeing Coaches Community of Practice. She spoke on her Introvert/Extrovert expertise and provided insights and tools to help us be better coaches and to take care of ourselves as either introvert or extrovert or both. She was one of my favorite speakers this year and I highly recommend her.
Working with Beth was a dream. She is organized, efficient and has great tools for her business. She followed through and made the process simple, so everything was clear and my work was minimal. From the time we met to talk about the possibility, down to the thank you notes she sent out after her presentation, she was lovely to work with. I would like to learn her process for managing her business for my own knowledge.
Beth is a valuable asset to any organization or business. I plan to continue to learn from her in many ways.”
